Hope After Stroke

Every stroke patient is unique. And considering the fact every patient presents

with different cocktail of challenges, the onus lies on the

physiotherapist/assistant to thoroughly undertake a comprehensive assessment

of each patient taking into cognizance the patient's needs as articulated by the

patient himself or herself.

After a thorough assessment has been undertaken, the goals and treatment

protocol become easy to draft. Remember that all the goals that are drafted in

stroke rehabilitation must be aimed towards the integration of the patient back

into the social set up. And this is a very critical and important goal: so vital that

no Rehabilitation approach could overlook, just as the psychosocial module of

healthcare practice stipulates.

On the contrary, the medical model of healthcare practice primarily focuses on the

patient's clinical condition outside his social environment. Although this

healthcare approach also yields results clinically, it however fails to integrate the

patient back into the society or family. That explicitly explains my preference for

the psychosocial model of rehabilitation over the medical model during my

patients’ Rehabilitation.

Essence of this App:

The publication of this self-help handbook is intended to serve the long sought

after dream of enlightening stroke patients on their condition and also assisting

them to quick recovery. Moreover, it is my fervent hope that the book would help

to ignite the burning desire in stroke care among Physiotherapist Assistants (in

both Orthodox and Herbal Centres) to embrace evidence-based practice and

appreciate new trends in stroke care through simple illustrative diagrams and

pictures.

In light of the recent rise in the prevalence of stroke attacks among the youthful

population, it is my desire that the information provided here would assist in

alerting the youth also on the need for a healthier lifestyle change.

Cada golpe paciente es único. Y teniendo en cuenta el hecho de que cada paciente presenta

con diferentes cóctel de desafíos, la responsabilidad recae en el

fisioterapeuta / asistente para llevar a cabo una evaluación exhaustiva a fondo

de cada paciente teniendo en conocer las necesidades del paciente como articulado por el

paciente a sí mismo.

Después se ha realizado una evaluación a fondo, los objetivos y el tratamiento

protocolo de convertirse en fácil de elaborar. Recuerde que todas las metas que se redactaron en

rehabilitación del accidente cerebrovascular debe estar orientada hacia la integración del paciente de nuevo

en el conjunto social de arriba. Y este es un objetivo muy crítico e importante: tan vital que

ningún enfoque Rehabilitación podía pasar por alto, al igual que el módulo psicosocial de

la práctica de la salud estipula.

Por el contrario, el modelo médico de la práctica de la salud se centra principalmente en la

la condición clínica del paciente fuera de su entorno social. Aunque esto

enfoque de atención médica también produce resultados clínicamente, que sin embargo no logra integrar el

paciente de nuevo en la sociedad o la familia. Eso explica explícitamente mi preferencia por

el modelo psicosocial de la rehabilitación sobre el modelo médico durante mi

Rehabilitación de los pacientes.

Esencia de esta aplicación:

La publicación de este auto-ayuda manual está destinado a servir a la largamente buscada

después de sueño de los pacientes con ictus esclarecedor sobre su condición y también ayudar

a la recuperación rápida. Por otra parte, es mi ferviente esperanza de que el libro podría ayudar

para encender el deseo ardiente en la atención al ictus entre los Asistentes fisioterapeuta (en

tanto ortodoxos y Centros de hierbas) que abarcan la práctica basada en la evidencia y

apreciar las nuevas tendencias en la atención al ictus a través de diagramas ilustrativos y simples

fotos.

A la luz del reciente aumento de la prevalencia de los ataques de apoplejía entre la juventud

población, es mi deseo que la información proporcionada aquí ayudaría a

alertar a los jóvenes también en la necesidad de un cambio de estilo de vida más saludable.
